long time ago, far away on the planet Cybertron, a war being waged between the noble Autobots (led by the wise Optimus Prime) and the Devious Decepticons (commanded by the fearsome Megatron) for control of the Allspark, a mystical talisman that would grant unlimited power to whoever possessed. The Autobots managed to smuggle the Allspark off the planet, but Megatron Blasted looking. Finally tracked the planet of Earth (circa 1850 … Read more>> a>

For a nerd that is used to drool at this show as a kid, this movie hitch a start. Abstract Introduction of Optimus Prime (with Peter Cullen still at the helm of our favorite semi abroad) Decipticon the attack on the military base, has no doubt that this is Transformers. Shia LaBeouf makes his entrance and try the game for this film. He’s actually pretty fun and acts the part well. For the rest of humanity expressed in the present, not much can be said.
After the impressive introduction, the first part of the film deals mainly with Shia LaBeouf Sam was buying a Camaro that turns out to be actually the Autobot Bumblebee (in caricature, the original VW Bug. I think the VW bug yellow car in the lot next to Bumblebee was a tribute.) Sat unconsciously uses his foreign car to impress a girl. Of course it’s really shocked to discover that it is a foreigner. There are some very funny scenes in this part of the movie and some action scenes are very well done.
Soon will come the arrival of the other Autobots, and Sam reveal their true goal is to find the Allspark, a powerful device capable of transforming a planet before the Decepticons put their hands on it. I thought that was over the slow part of the film, but not quite. From here we entered the scene a little too much to deal with secondary characters, video game playing computer experts Goofy secret agents whose border quirky comedy burlesque. Many of these people may be targeted as a comedian, and most of what they had been assigned was not very funny. There was a bit funny, but too long scene in which Sam tries to hide the Autobots, while searching for his home to a relic in need. And then came John Turtorro (Goofy playing the secret agent said) that I love, but seriously exceeded welcome in this regard. Others, including John Voight, dialogue, simply sweep Campy and sometimes led shake.
Fortunately, I’ve forgotten most of that “when the film reached its final act. When the Decepticons arrive in force of the film is a journey non-stop action and effects of the lower jaw. As someone who is familiar with the characters and the story no matter what the outcome is, I’m staying with childhood memories of seeing the 1986 film for the first time. I forgot beings humans and their ho-hum sotrylines my favorite characters and toys from my childhood crashed and shot him and dragged him from the other. I forgot I was looking CG effects that other query processors as real as the environment, you destroy. The action scenes are bigger than life and I am surprised at how well the battles of the cartoons reflected on the big screen. The processors were all very well done, by real changes in physical appearance and robot. They seem real and modern, but without losing the essence of what the fanboys loved them back in the day. And Hugo Weaving as Megatron is genius. Starcream heard I missed the original, but the original voice actor died many years ago, and two or three lines Starcream had sounded in this case.
Despite major flaws in the action, dialogue and screenplay, this film left me with few that itch to want to go directly inside and see again. From the previews, it seems that the film would show a realistic and foreign war machines in a human perspective. But this is not really the case at all. In all other Michael Bay movie, dialogue and characters overdramatic Corny ruin a good idea otherwise. However, Transformers is based on a cartoon, so why not the movie feel like one? In this case works. It’s big, dumb fun that children nostalgia in me was after 20 years.

Maybe not the best movie so far this dialogue, but to be an action movie robots from outer space, is good. The changes are not good enough to raise doubts about the mechanics of them (which is good for me as an aerospace engineer, because they tend to notice these things). This is the kind of movie that makes large HD televisions and sound systems of high quality with value.

Growing up in the ’80s, I saw the 1986 Transformers movie in theaters and recently watched it again, and even if I’m in my 20 years later, the film is fine: it was a good character defined by rhythm, balance, great story and well, and lots of action that builds towards a monstrous battle that includes a real surprise.
Unfortunately, the 2007 film Transformers lacks almost the same. Shia LaBeouf credit for his role in this film, because it carries the entire overwrought monster for a good two hours, and its ability to comedy and drama in a single movie is impressive. And there are many people here that are transformed into solid results, including Megan Fox, his female costar. Beyond this, however, we have a smattering of comedy here and there with derivation reveals slow, and accumulation, and more and more until, almost two hours in the final movie we see most of the Decepticons, and there is finally a real battle. . . which lasts approximately 15 minutes.
This movie is great. . . very large. . . and the final battle has a lot of action (even if management ensures that the bay is almost impossible to say what happens many times). Along with some very explosive humor, the audience is clear: the teenagers, fresh from the pre-teen who still want to be good action and jokes, but longs for a history of more and more problems
The good: Some of the jokes work, and work well. Shia and Megan do a great job in office. Seeing Optimus Prime, Jazz, Starscream, and some other familiar faces gave Transformers fan a warm feeling.
The Bad: You see Autobots play glorified hide and seek with Shia parents, dog pee on a robot, a robot pee on a person, John Turturro stripped to a bra and underwear, plotholes huge share of the All-Spark, no Dinobots, no real use of Starscream, a rather disappointing battle between Optimus and Megatron that ends in a very stupid, two hours, until a fight that, and to top it off, Anthony Anderson.
L the original Transformers movie was for the fans, then and now. This a disaster that is boring for 2007 revenues at the box office. Praise him, then buy the original.

Practically all boys who grew up during the 80s were glued to their television sets Monday to Friday afternoons only see a thing. They found one of the best cartoons on television shows that also proved the most popular line of Hasbro Toys’ toys at the time. I’m talking about the Transformers. I know he was well connected in series with the story of good versus evil as the noble leader (who also happens to be a truck) Optimus Prime led his Autobots against the evil robots that Megatron and his Decepticons. There were many fights, explosions and more importantly, had toys all processors to display children to adopt these types of battles.
In 1986, the first Transformers movie (animated) went out and won nearly every child who has never been a fan of the series to life to their favorite characters actually died on screen to make way for a new generation of processors. In short, much as I enjoyed the original film I also hated it. It is now 2007 and Michael Bay, Steven Spielberg and ILM have invented a live-action version of transformers. To say that this movie has erased the bad taste left by the first animated film is very short. What we have in this live action Transformers is nothing less than pure carnage in front of the robot robot and chaos so that more than compensates for the weak and uneven history of the model execution.
The film revolves around the search by both the Autobots and the Decepticons to all powerful Allspark, which would give its owner the power to rebuild the death Cybertron (Transformers home world) or remake any planet into a new house. Not too difficult to understand what the Decepticons and their leader Megatron would be once have in their possession. As one of the Decepticons had stamped on his vehicle mode, says: “To punish and enslave”. The Allspark is really a MacGuffin that helps tie in the transformer to the human dimension of history and is time tested story of a boy and his car. In this case, is Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf) and his newly acquired 1974 Camaro, which also happens to be the Autobot Bumblebee without realizing it.
The first third of the film is where the boy and his car that receives the most full of laughter as Sam tries to use his new car to get the attention of Mikaela (played by the ridiculously hot and aptly named Megan Fox). Laughter comes from Bumblebee just play the song right on the radio to try to bring the two children together. Usually by Michael Bay, driving in the comedy is a bit more cynical and awkward talking to me first third of this film was Steven Spielberg’s influence everywhere. One can simply replace ET for Bumblebee and Sam Elliott and it is not hard to see.
The third former also solidifies Shia LaBeouf as the foundation which prevents the film from becoming long-term robot to the scene of the action of the robot. This kid has talent and charisma that most shows from the moment that the steps on the screen until the final scene with the sunset sun in the background. No wonder Spielberg chose him to be the next Indiana Jones movie. LaBeouf is Sam Witwicky in fact only the teen left, geek geek and makes it quite incredible that he has a chance, the strange charm to the land of the hot Mikaela. Performance LaBeouf as Saw saves nearly very uneven performance by the rest of the cast.
Even with LaBeouf’s performance and nice and funny guy happy first reel parking meets girl, people actually go see this movie for one thing and one thing only and that the battle between the Autobots and Decepticons. Humans are there to land in the history of a semblance of reality . But once the two sides begin to arrive and find their way on earth a film change the nitrogen injection overdrive and not leave until the end. People cheered when Optimus Prime first appeared with the rest of his Crews (Ironhide, Jazz, Ratchet). The cheering was particularly savage, after Optimus has spoken for the first time and the original voice was heard (Peter Cullen did the voice of the original box and has been hired to do the same for the Moive ). This scene has really done for myself and probably all males in the audience at the same age to 20 years. The Decepticons are coming soon with Megatron (voiced by Hugo Weaving) is the final processor came to the screen. The rest of the film became one long action sequence after sequence of destruction are the norm.
This is where the hand of Michael Bay really shows that their Sturm und Drang control, is well known to the parties and with the premise of giant alien robots fighting each other without worrying about collateral damage to people and property. Unlike his previous films was contained using their usual tricks of using of pastoral scenes slo mo too and ultra-fast editing style that makes his films sometimes difficult to follow. Once again, it could be the influence of Spielberg and Bay is more like a director to give the thanks for that. The action scenes would not be as great as it was, if not for the work of ILM and its team of computer animators. The Autobots and the Decepticons look so real that bind to Gollum and Davy Jones as CGI fully the characters that blend into the scene as if made of flesh and blood. In the case of transformer steel, oil and rubber. Their battles of Hoover Dam all the way to the nearby Mission is not artificial. There is a sense of weight and depth to the battle. It atually as the city with her little man was really torn by these giant robots. Industrial Light and Magic really deserve all the money they receive awards next time. In the past, said a Live-action Transformers would be as ugly and false, but the technology and the expert use of it by the ILM team of artisans into a reality.
, Transformers really puts the word blockbuster and brings it, as the storm and thunder. There is no other way to say it was a film that has been a rollercoaster ride with kickass enough human interaction to prevent it from becoming a caricature. This is not a perfect film, as the weak script and uneven performances for most of the band playing, but is offset by the work of Shia LaBeouf and the action scenes with processors that this brand of cinema the culmination of the 2007 Summer Blockbuster Season. Michael Bay has finally found the movie that seems to be adapted a.

Before telling many flaws of the film, we first need to recognize the qualities very entertaining movie. First, the digital representation of the transformers is spectacular. They move quickly and violently with security and change brilliantly, comfortable in a way that cartoons of the 1980s could not be linked properly. The concept of the transformers went beyond hand-drawn animation. The height of the new processors are really impressive and majestic. Their ability to kill must be the envy of all action movies.
The cartoon very successful due to the incredible voice acting. I was pleased that Peter Cullen has agreed to lend his booming voice-of-talent that God’s character Optimus Prime. His talent, however, is not working as it should. He acts as narrator of the film, delivering the familiar opening narrative and epilogue I witnessed in nearly every episode of the cartoon. It is the most reflective of all transformers, and yet not allowed to use his wisdom as often as it should have been in this movie.
Voices few act that bothers me is that the Jazz. In old cartoons, jazz was the voice of Scatman Crothers, the concierge at the hotel in The Shining by Stanley Kubrick. Crothers’ voice after “has been replaced by a decidedly hipster” black urban “voice (Darius McCrary), which sounded very racist and totally unnecessary. To complete the racial profiling, the Jazz and rock climbing can hang around the city like a monkey in the jungle. It’s painful to watch and halted my suspension of disbelief.
Also, who decided that the transformers needed to talk like teenagers and stupid jokes? They are in a struggle for existence of the universe, however, when Optimus Prime hit by a lawn ornament, he excused himself, saying, “My bad.” It’s a little funny but I worry about the plot, but was constantly rejected by a ridiculous – liners and stupidity on the part of this supposedly superior race of organic robots.
; There are many human characters taking precedence in this movie, too many subplots, many pretty girls, often incredible acting. The character of the man who only is Sam Witwicky (enthusiastically played by Shia LaBeouf). Why do we need a cameo by Bernie Mack? It’s funny, yes, but his character is completely irrelevant. and John Turturro, who revere as a great character actor, seems desperate. Even so incredibly cheese, Jon Voight manages to play the role of U.S. Secretary of Defense with a slice of dignity.
Plot holes: Wow , so I stopped taking the trouble with them. The central problem of the entire movie – and we can say that all the movies of Michael Bay – is that Bay does not trust the material to make the film. self-referential comments about his film Armageddon are embarrassing, indeed. And product placement in this film sometimes takes the viewer beyond the film as one might think that the entire narrative to sell GM vehicles gas energy.
I wanted to like this movie, but something was missing. This element of believable science fiction is completely neglected in this film. You only ten or twenty minutes of the SCI-FI Fun action before a character makes a joke or a plot hole stretches before you. If there is a sequel to this movie (and should) and Michael Bay is not direct (and not) the foundations are there.
